I was afraid to talk to Jacob. The tree... forces you into flirting. o-o; Another reason why I prefer Thane. You actually have to pursue it. No accidental romance, which is awesome. Oh, hey! Maybe make The Cure (I feel caps are required, now) DLC. Satisfy everyone all around, so those who don't even want the option of The Cure in their game, don't need to have it.

I respect that you have your opinion, I just felt it necessary that an optional cure does nothing to satisfy those that would have him be incurable, something you didn't seem to acknowledege. I have no problem with you wishing for your desires in this to be satisfied, that's a given.

Yeah, we've mentioned that as well.  The tricky part is to integrate that in ME3.  I'm sure an ambigious enjoyable ending with FemShep and Thane being out in the desert could work.  (Yes.. FemShep said she'd like a vacation!)

The reapers would be unstoppable. One minute you're mesmerized by the cute puppy, the next you've got an electricity explosion melting your face off.

Yes, until it melts your brain and you can no longer understand the concept of awesome. That's what the amygdalae are for.

Evil you don't have to be but the game also gives you an option of being Paragon or Renegade. It's fairly synonymous to good and evil. Thane will join you even if you're running a renegade character as far as I know, just more likely to not trust and become friends and/or romantically attached.

Either way, I still want the option. Cancer has no actual cure but it can be sent into remission with certain therapy, at least for many types of cancer. Not to mention, Kepral's is a species-wide epidemic stemming from their current living conditions with the Hanar. One would think that saving a species from extinction would be enough for a little DLC love. D:

I admit I'm a bit biased but hey, it's about time the girls got some pixels they can really cling to. The boys have been drooling over Lara Croft and innumerable female characters since I don't know when.
