My favorite, "I look forward to the memories." Sigh.

Has anyone noticed how innocent Thane looks after Shepard kisses him?

His face looks so surprised yet passionate. I mean Shepard laid one heck of a kiss on him and he returned it with equal fervor. He's so yummy.

Balboa, you have brought up an interesting thought. I would think Shepard would build up tolerance to Thanes hallucinogenic effect. Or not be effected if at all.

I considered that she lived through being poisoned by that batarian bartender in Afterlife. This made me assume that part of whatever Cerberus added as "upgrades" included the ability to process and recover from stuff super fast - i.e. drugs, alcohol, medication, poison, etc.
edit: and all research I did into the whole toad-licking tripping thing explained that while there are hallucinogenic properties, the amount that would need to be ingested orally was pretty damned high, versus taken in concentrated forms or injected intravenously. Granted, drell are not toads, so maybe there's some super special sci-fi going on there between humans and drell, but, as getting a general idea of what Shepard might experience and how, I was not left feeling overly concerned about the whole thing. It made me wonder if she'd experience anything at all D:

I'm guessing the latter.
Otherwise, the suicide mission would've been full of fail.
Hilarious fail.

Hainkpe - I presume that Mordin has "studied" Shepard at length and came to the conclusion that even with her enhancements she is still effected by Thane. As far as building resistance... "I look forward to the memories..." as well!!!

I got a question: Does anyone know what Thane says to Shepard if you pick "I would have too" after he descirbes how he didn't give Irikah's killers a quick death?

Did anyone else hear that line and think: "Yeah, that's pretty much what I'd be doing if I had perfect memory." ? It's not just me, right?
Serious question: at what age would a drell undergo that treatment to be able to see the bioluminescence the hanar use to communicate with? I have no idea how the operation would even work, but I wonder if it would be better to have the operation as a child or as an adult.
@TheSweetGirl: If you pick that option, he says something about how to him and Shepard killing is business, but to those slavers it's a sport.
