And I don't think finding a cure for Thane is in the least bit likely to upset the integrity of the story. I mean, after all, we've (potentially) got Mordin on board, who cured the Omega plague, modified the genophage, and whipped up a little something to hide us from the seeker swarms-- barring him, we've (potentially) got Miranda, who just brought spaced Shepard back from the dead. Really, a lil' thing like Kepral's shouldn't be any kind of issue for these guys. This, in addition to the fact that a cure is already being researched on Kahje. The Wonders and Magic of Science must prevail!

Thane is the classic cowboy gun slinger. I get a throw back to old westerns and kung-fu movies. A warrior monk with space aids.... ok that might have been harsh at the end, but that's all me and my friends joked after playing threw his mission.

Like Jack though I don't see much he brings to the table in terms of fighting the Reapers. They can do it, but it will take some explaining. I always thought he would go back to be with his son.

I would like to see him back in ME3 because he is my 3rd when I go buddy cop with Garrus.

Also I think FemShep's need the romance.
