Aello, I loved that! classic Thane--use sweet words on his siha, then sit back and enjoy the effects.
So I came to a realization today. Thane being cured/life expectancy expanded/treated/ect. won't rely on if he was romanced. It'll rely on what happened to Kolyat. A loyal Thane will want to get treated for his son's sake. A disloyal Thane will feel directly responsible for what happened to Kolyat, and not feel deserving of a treatment.
...Then I realized that I think we discussed this already.
Better theory: Thane will want to get treated no matter what in order to figure out the mystery behind Feron's rainbow-ness. Did he eat too many skittles as a child? Was he blessed by a leprechaun? He needs to know.

Another silly question ( did I say I bring a load of weird questions, I did right, hehehe )
If ME2 Normandy crew and squadmates ( ok let's count TIM's chair in, becasue it's super cool ) played Truth or Dare, what Truth question would others ask Thane or what would they Dare him in, and ( becasue I'm evil like that ) which would Thane choose? Truth or Dare.

Dare. I see Thane as a big daredevil, he is an assassin after all. But he wouldn't do a dare that made him look like a fool. He does have pride (not in a bad way though.) But then again, he is very honest, but only with those he trusts.
