Wait, Zevran proposes to you??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?! This has never happened to meHOWHOWHWOHOW!!!
Sorry that my typing suddenly became incomprehensible. I have had many playthroughs on DA:O and have never encountered this... I know that a human noble female can marry Alistair and become the queen, and that transfers in a cameo into Awakenings, but Zev?! Zevran becomes so attached to the grey warden, that he can no longer talk casually about sex, but he tries to avoid talking about feelings, love is something he's never experienced before. And all you have to do to earn his love is toss a few silver and gold bars his wayWe have had this conversation previously, but I do find Zev similar to Thane in some ways. Obviously being an assassin, but the detached way that they refer to themselves, they objectify themselves, and yet they are both confident individuals.
Loving the old spice references. That is a beautiful torso. Hmmm... Where are you Garrus? Ah yes, I'm playing DA:O at the moment. Getting all ready for DA2!!!!!
'The tickets are now diamonds!'
Zev kinda proposes to you with the earring. You have to turn it down the first time, and the dialogue goes as follows the second time he offers it to you:
Warden: Is that a proposal?
Zevran: (slowly) Not unless you want it to be.
D'AWWWWWW. RUV.
Personally, I preferred Zev to Thane just because Zev's snark was more forthcoming. Despite friendzoning him with my Warden, they became bestest friends, snarking and making fun of poor Alistair together. Alistair had it the worst--his girlfriend's three best friends (Morrigan, Shale, and Zev) all picked on him mercilessly.
Also, I kinda wanna see Zev giving the ME2 maliens sex advice like he does for Alistair (to the latter's eternal embarrassment) in DA:O. That would be hilarrible.

'As for volume, you may wish to try arching your back to...'
'Wow! Are we seriously talking about this!?'
Bless him. I never turned down the earring, I shall do that on my current playthrough, only just finished Ostagar, so that should be easy enough. Dalish elves are the best!
I do prefer Thane over Zev though because of his spirituality, expertise, his calm and confidence. A deadly mix!
Yeah, I am so funny.
And gnas - you horse thief! In the medieval days you would have been hung! Joking, I love horses myself, when I was younger I went horseriding for free cuz my friend's mum was a horse riding teacher.
Don't worry, my childhood was just as insane. Living with seven brothers and sisters on the edge of poverty makes things interesting? Mind you, my childhood never ended, I am still a kid at heart! My enthusiasm for nothing in particular knows no bounds!!!

Yesterday my best friend called me brave. I told her there was a difference between brave and fearless. Brave is taking into consideeration the risks then going forth with that understanding. Whereas fearless means just going forth. I tend to be the latter rather than the former. She just laughed. Love her to death but she sees the good in me.

Started drinking and cussing when I was four. :>
Zevran's accent was... interesting. But a double whammy for me is that I am not attracted to Spaniards, so Zev was friendzoned even more. Lulz. Plus it sort of reminded me of the Princess Bride / Puss from Shrek. Come to think of it, Zev was exactly like Puss. Minus the fur.
Another related pic from aimo...

Yeah gnas, we must share! And I musta posted at the same time as you guys so I'll double post it and reply now!
I was mad as a kid. I had absolutely no notion of social awareness, so there are many (slightly embarrassing) tales of midget Tasha! (Although Tasha is still a midget, hmm...) Love the pic Raven, Thane has nice lips... A bit out of place amongst humans from a whole different era, but he is still looking the best outta them all in my opinion!
I am fearless except for my phobia of wasps and bees (although there is a rational explanation, I am very allergic to them.) But as people always tell me, I have no common sense whatsoever, and just rely on impulse. Maybe that's why I always fail my innumerable driving tests...
Thane looks good in a red light, as does Garrus

I personally can't find anything about it at the EA website. Just thought I would run it by others.

From the way my family explain it, little Gnas was fearless and unabashed in her language. If it was a thought, it was being spoken or being done.
I don't really have any phobias. Jumped off the roof and a very high tree when i was about 10. Pretty much a daredevil. Always have been.
Raven is a runaway! How fun! Any grand adventure?

My brother dared me to jump off a playpark thing about three years ago. I landed with my foot beneath my rear hind at a non-preferable angle. I tore all the ligaments in my foot and I still walk with a limp.
*Tali voice* 'But it was totally worth it XD
I can imagine Thane has a fun part to him too, everyone always perceives him as this stoic assassin with an unbreakable calm. But the sollipsism he breaks into when talking about Kolyat and dancing crazy shows that he loves to have fun. But his career tears him away from that. Let's show Thane the fun crazy side of life (this would be even more if he allowed prolonged oral contact for hallucinatory purposes!)

I thought it was more of a Spanish/Italian mix myself. However, I have a weakness for Spanish. Probably why I have a half Mexican daughter.Gnas wrote...
Spanish accents are hot but Zevs sounds like a cross between French and Spanish to me.

I agree with you. They are both detached. Zevran's is a defense mechanism and Thane's is part of his spiritual belief system. And yep, both extremely...confident.
LOL I can see Zev giving Garrus lovin' advice for his Femshep. Too funny!

Tasha! Girl, you and I will have to swop stories about the antics we each had growing up. My childhood was defiantly unconventional and my adventures still make for interesting stories with my family! What a pair we make?

Wow, lots of people running away. I at least waited until I was 16. LOL
Yessss, he has very nice lips. He also looks good in red light, but would like to see more green, with stripes. Oh wait, he would have to lower The Zipper for that.

Garrus: 'Yeah, I think I'll just turn up and hope for the best. I'm a spur of the moment kinda guy...'
Zevran: Well, turians don't exist in my universe, but if your money maker is like...'
Garrus: Money maker? You mean my credit chit don't you? You have to mean my credit chit?
Zevran: Yes... Your credit chit... If that is what you call it in your universe.

Hmmm, reminds me of that old saying "if they dared you to jump off a bridge.." LOL Not a physical pain kind of person myself, so never did those dares. Just the mooning out of a car kind of girl. But waaaay back then, not now. LOL
I agree. I bet his sense of humour is hard to perceive unless you know him better. It's a bit like the British dry humour. Even five years in NZ and I still can't always tell with some of my British friends. I swear they do it on purpose.

I've got all day. I plan on Christmas shopping tomorrow. Hopefully everyone will be at church or something. It is absolute freaking chaos in town right now. Not going anywhere near a store!
Btw, for all you other hemisphere types, we have bbq's on the beach at Christmas.
