I'm looking forward to seeing how they handle the love triangle in ME3 with my one unloyal playthrough. Does anyone who has an unfaithful playthrough think they might go back to their old LI? Are you looking forward to the confrontation or dreading it?

You are not alone Gnas. I'm want to see the confrontation too. I'm curious to see how it will be handled. Will there really be serious consequences, or will it be nothing like in LotSB.

I have one unfaithful playthrough, and one faithful playthrough. The unfaithful Shepard isn't going back to Kaidan. The faithful one will stay with him and work things out.

I'm so looking forward to E3.   I want to see gameplay footage!  I want to see the new melee moves in action.  And, having an engineer as my main Shepard, I'm hoping to see the turret-building-thingamabob.  I'd love for there to be any news about Thane and more returning squadmates, though ME2's E3 was Thane's gig so maybe we won't see or hear anything about him this time around.  But, I'll keep my fingers crossed, like always!

I never expected to see any footage of him at E3. I just was hoping for some kind of news. They haven't said anything about him at all so far.

Oh, hell, yes, I am looking forward to the confrontation between Kaidan and Thane (and in another version, Kaidan and Garrus).

The Kaidan romance was meh to me.  Guessing from femShep's posture (fully dressed, arms crossed, looking pissed and grateful when Joker chimes in on the intercom) that she Did Not Enjoy Herself with Kaidan.  I got the impression that I was catching Kaidan watching porn at his terminal whenever he pivoted, wiped his forehead with the back of his arm and looked sheepish.  He also looked sweaty on my computer screen.

The ME2 Horizon scene and followup letter from Kaidan put the nails in that relationship's coffin.  ... Even femShep's old Earth gang sent her a nicer letter, after paragon femShep gave up their plan to C-Sec!  There's also Thane's letter - there's no comparison between (paraphrase) "you are my reason to live again, the light in the darkness" and (paraphrase) "well, maybe, if we both still feel something and maybe if it's convenient, maybe we can hook up sometime, if I'm not busy."

So I completely want Thane to go into full memory flashback - hopefully something borderline naughty yet poetic - while talking to Kaidan.  Maybe a description of how nice femShep's ass felt to his hand or something similar. 

In my head, the scene with Garrus vs. Kaidan runs funnier though:

Kaidan:  I was thinking we could,... you know..., go out for drinks or something. Talk about old times.  Maybe something more.
Shepard:  Err... I'm seeing someone. (waves behind her)  You know Garrus, right?
Garrus:  Hey... (awkward wave)

Sister Helen, I recently also to compare these two letters. And I thought the same thing.

Sometimes, in conversation with Kaidan in ME1 seemed to me that he would say: "Yes, mom ". And Shepard stroked his head, put to bed and straightened the blanket. :innocent:

Love the dialogue. I can imagine Garrus doing an akward cough then tugging at his armor.

I also brought Garrus onto Horizon with me. 

Kaidan's tone in the Horizon conversation was pretty dismissive: "And you brought Garrus..."  I couldn't understand the reason for the tone, as we had all been on the same fireteam for fighting Saren and presumably he knew the guy was good with a gun.

(The Husband however believes, however, that since both Kaidan and Garrus tend to waffle a bit (blowing hot and cold) when it comes to Shepard,  the scene would entail the two gentlemen looking awkwardly at their feet and scratching their heads for a neutral conversation topic: 

Kaidan:  Hey... Ah... I heard about you and Shepard...?
Garrus:  (drawn out) Yeah...  That was something.
Kaidan:  Are you still...?  No, that's okay. I don't want to know.
Garrus:  *cough* Err. Yes.  Well...  How about the C-Sec Catastrophes?  Think they have a run at the pennant?
