Ok, am I a bad person if I find that unbelieveably cheesy?
There were just way too many "my ladies" in there, lol....

*gasp* *ponders what happens if I say yes*
LOL well, we have played the game, so it means way more to us. Kinda the way people like El Pr*cko act about Thane. They didn't romance him, and thought the bromance was enough. They fail to see that we loved the bromance--we are complaining about the ROmance.
And NO Roxy, it's not a dig. It was a ponder...

Speaking of pondering I remember what my predictions were for the last instalment of the game (before I read any spoilers). Looking back at my optimistic self it makes me quite sad actually. I thought;
-Thane’s story would have a possible happy conclusion (but he could die if you made poor choices) Because of how hopeful that last ME2 scene was and what was written in LotSB, I had no reason to suspect this wasn't on the cards.
-Thane’s condition would be cured or at least treated so that by the end of ME3 they allude to a real cure on the horizon. And that he would be still alive when it was created one day.
- We would see kajhe (palaven too) and do a mission there.
- There would be three dialogue options on the wheel like normal (didn't even think that wouldn't be there)
- The end mission would be a spectacular suicide mission on a grand scale. Our army vs. the Reapers. The choice of allies and the roles we would assign squad mates and groups would affect the final outcome. If there was a way to weaken them it had something to do with their vulnerable cores (ME2) or finding a way to even the odds enough to beat them head on (no off button).
- Shep would get many epilogues depending on what she did and they would all be cut scenes. The "happy ending" would be hardest to get but it existed.
-There would be LOTS OF CAMEOS (no twitter deaths
- There would be more than 1 hub world (was expecting to be able to go back to Noveria)
-The game would end how it started with shep looking out a window on the Normandy. Except this time she’s looking at earth (because they TOOK IT BACK) and who’s that! It’s her LI beside her! And it officially ends with the Normandy making its last relay jump. CUE THE FAUNTS *credits*.
That last one is super specific I know but that was my dream ending before my soul got crushed finishing ME3. These are just off the top of my head but damn did ME3 surprise me (and not in a good way).

A lot of those were what I hoped would happen before I read the spoilers. I remember when we all had high hopes for ME3, and we were looking forward to it. After I read the spoilers I did have much hope left.
It would have been wonderful if ME3 would have gone that way. Would it have really been so hard for bioware.

That would have been much better than what we got in the first place.
@giftfish Awesome sauce I can't wait to see that christmas post.

Valen, Garrus, and Atton Rand. I have a thing for troublesome (yet adorable) pixelated guys.
@Hyrule_Gal: Oh man. I feel you. I can't even count the number of things I wanted ME3 to have that weren't there. Seriously, BioWare's reputation was built to at least a certain degree on their stellar writing quality. Even in games where the gameplay or level design or whatever was patchy, the writing was always solid. Can't believe I used to take that for granted.

LOL, I've seen that and I know the feeling.
@ Hyrule_Gal You can come up with a remarkable ideas for ME3 in a few minutes. BioWare couldn't do that in several years. I'd hoped to see the ending as you described it (Reapers weakened somehow, maybe even by the crucible, and war assets actually would mean something, suicide mission on a greater scale is something everyone would expect after ME2)
@Lucky_Thriteen Wow, the shirt is amazing. I'd love to see my boyfriend while I'd be wearing this.

That is an amazing shirt.
@mnomaha. Oh..... my...... Yes. Now I understand. That voice.... And he sings too.... Excuse me I have to go join Karrie in that swoon.
Also I went through and checked out the party banter. I absolutely FRIKKEN LOVE Deekin! "The Boss and Deekin, faithful stalwart companion, continue their voyage. The Boss pretends not to notice that Deekin recently passed gas." I should not be laughing so hard at this!
Doom doom doom. Doom doom doom! We are all... DOOOOOOOMED!!!
Actually now that I'm watching it again I've just realised that Valen has a lot in common with Zaeed!
Ah, hell, I'll just link the video.
We be in a dungeon, ooh. We be in a dungeon, with monsters! oooh.
Gods I've got to finish playing this game now!
Wait. I've gotten off topic again.
Thane thane thane thane thane.
Come to think of it I think I tweeted that adorable winter Thane on a giant hot water bottle to @bioware a week ago or so....
Well, here's a Thane pic for you. NSFW everyone. Enjoy!

@myth and coldi...ya'll definitely fall in the pervy category.
Come on, it takes one to know one
Speaking of old games, is anyone else playing the BG:EE? Rasaad, one of the new NPCs, is eerily like how I imagined younger Thane, while he was still working for the hanar. Spiritual and thoughtful, but without the edge of experience and guilt that tempered him by ME2.
(SEE I AM ON TOPIC)
