Of course that's her answer. This spoiler BS is getting old.
Why can't they ust answer a simple question that requires a yes or no answer.

Maybe I will answer..well becouse Thane fans aren't worthy to get any content/fix for his story, epecially romance arc, but still Thane fans cash is worth to grab...so fans,  who are uncertain about Thane fate or even hopefully that he will get something - aka "can't tell becouse of spoiler" are potential " cash-cow" and who care that they will be dissapointment after they will give away theirs money? Posted Image

Sorry about this bitter but I really lost hope. When DLC was announcemend I send PW to one of Devs and asked about Thane presence in Citadel DLC but I don't get any answer...
So for sure I will not buy this DLC on relase date. I will wait and watch it on YouTube if conspiracy story is interesting at all ( Omega was a crap and fortunetly I watched it first). Still I buy it ONLY if there will be something interesting about Thane ( not something as lame as the rest of his content in ME3)

Update on Reddit leak and copied from the ME3 thread. Don't give up hope!

Whilst I am not sure that Bioware would save Thane from death by Kai Leng, just for the fanbase...they might for plotline. This occurred to me last night.
Moving forward into the conspiracy plotline.

Reddit leak: So far most of the leaked content on Reddit has turned out to be true, even the proposed release date.

The leak also mentioned that we would end up visiting more Prothean ruins. On the BSN this has been assumed to be Illos. However long term players know that Illos has no new information and the Vigil is inoperative. Mars is not viable. Which leaves the biggest Prothean known ruins in the entire game....on Kahje!

So what does this mean for Thanemancers if true?

Worst case scenario: We take Thane back to Kahje for his funeral. I hate to say that, but it is possible.

If Bioware have trolled us since the beginning, and deliberately only showed the outcome of the KL fight as the unloyal option (precedent: Zaeed, Jacob, Miranda and Grunt can all die if not loyal from ME2), whilst working on the Citadel DLC script. The best case scenario may be interesting.

Why is Kahje a possibility for Thanes survival?
Often we have ways of getting information that rely on team mates. Zaeed and the Blue Suns, Kasumi and the Hanar conspiracy. Thane worked for the Primacy, even when he went independent after his marriage to Irikah, he mainly worked for Hanar. Indeed, he even says that he has close Hanar friends.

In ME2 the Hanar Primacy is working on a cure for Keprals, which means that in canon there is a possible cure. It is not space magic.

Thane going to Kahje may open doors that would otherwise be closed. My guess is the alternative would be Kolyat if Thane does not survive KL.

If we do go to Kahje and Thane is in our team, then for maximum fun...Thane and Jaavik as ground team.

Well interesting theory...It could also explain Hannar Diplomat side quest on Citadel and Kirrahe vs Kai Leng instead of Thane...

Interesting leak. I dunno, though, it seems a stretch especially if the new DLC takes place on the Citadel. Leviathan had us going all over the galaxy, but Omega limited its scope to one place and it's reasonable to assume Citadel will do the same.

I'm not trying to dampen spirits here, but after ME3, it seems more prudent to go into the DLC with low-to-modest expectations, no?

Most of the DLC is on the Citadel. Armax Arena, the Casino, Shepards new apartment, the new shops and the Council Archives. (all in the Reddit leak and confirmed). It could be like Leviathon and send us elsewhere as part of the plot.

Being honest whilst I have hope for Thane content, I think there is a chance (a big one) that Bioware has just written us off.

Is this a recent leak or an old one?

I just don't see us leaving the citadel to be honest. 4GBs is huge but I bet at least half of that is just variables and different characters, not actual story content.

I've just settled for the worst now and we'll see what happens. As Garrus says I'd rather to be pleasantly surprised at this point.

The leak happened before the announcement of the DLC by Bioware on the BSN. The Reddit page was taken down, but Bioware have not refuted it, which they did last time Reddit commented on Omega.

So far the leak has been right.

They could of course invent more ruins elsewhere, but we have solid evidence from ME/ME2 and Homeworlds that there are extensive Prothean ruins on Kahje. The Asari describe it as the biggest site in existence.

I'm thinking of writing a fan fic around my ideas so far...if it doesn't pan out well in the DLC. Stress therapy.

You are right about the trolls, they are very...annoying.

I'm off to do another ME2 replay and the cosy feel of Life Support.

@john-in france If all we get is a funeral, that's a little to late,I want a choice to save Thane not go to his funeral and that is not going to get me into buying the DLC at all!!! I'm trying to understand this leak,so your saying they might have given us a side quest that will get us a chance to save Thane?

*sigh* I told myself not to come in here today lol...oh well!

@Laser-eyes Hello, good to see another Thane fan! ^^

I don't have much faith in that leaked script, and I highly doubt we even leave the citadel.
Then there is still the fact that it takes place after the coup. There is no getting around that, and Thane is dead at that point.

The last thing I want to do is take his body back to Kahje. They could have just kept that idea.
Even if we did end up going there it might have nothing to do with Thane. I'm not getting my hopes up for anything at this point. We have been let down by BW time and time again.

I've come up with a good way to enjoy the Citadel DLC thread... when reading posts by trolls about Thane's death being inevitable, just replace "cure for Kepral's" with "genophage cure" and let the lols commence.

And that is the problem. That option was closed off from the start.
I understand you want that the option but {they are} a {race} written to die.
In ME2, {the krogans were} stated to die to a terminal illness that cure was far from being done.
In ME3, no cure came up...Thus {they went extinct}, as intended.

Curing the genophage, although it was everyone's favourite part of ME3, could be construed to be an absurd idea shoehorned into the plot that undermined established lore. If the developers never gave us an option to cure the genophage, made it patently impossible — Mordin could just say, "sorry, nope, this would take years, LIKE I SAID BEFORE" — Wrex fans and other krogan fans could be in our position. And people would be yelling at them to settle down and submit to the narrative.

Just saying. It's the same damn thing. People are just being wilfully blind and employing doublethink.

Who is this person talking about? What race was written to die?

Mordin already said that a cure was years away in ME2. In ME3 years turned into six months and we have a cure.
Tali said it would probably take sixty years before the Quarians could remove their suits in ME2. In ME3 the geth get upgrades and they can fix the quarians immune system. They go from Sixty years to just a few and they can remove their suits, but Thane getting a cure is so unbelievable for some.

I know I just want to laugh when they say curing Kepral's is impossible.......lol!

I don't want a funeral at all. If that's all they are going to do then just say so.

I didn't hear anything about Morinth. Does that mean that even she is in the new dlc?
I though she got turned into a banshee.

Ok.
I still wouldn't put it past BW to give Morinth more content and not Thane.

Myeah... that thread needs to go back to its original point. It wasn't about argueing whether Thane's situation is right or wrong... but man, trolls make it difficult. :P
