The councilor is both male and female. Male for Velarn, who is the councilor from ME1. Female for the former dalatrass who replaces him if he dies. Personally I like the female councilor better.

Just posting this here. Apparently an image of some mined stuff in the MP files and while the person who linked it was highlighting the apparent spoilers of who the main enemy in Citadel is, I was more noticing how Kolyat had no entry there. I'm guessing this means he isn't a temp combat squaddie maybe?

edit: I decided to beta the new Skyrim patch. OMG the Legendary skills...omgomg. My armour has gone through the roof. I believe (I was squeeing at the time) my armour rating is now almost 1200.
Sucks that you go back down to level 15 on your skills, but *shrugs* I've got a console. Also, all that messing around and it didn't crash once. So thanks Maera!!

From what I can tell, yeah you're right.
On both accounts: re the enemies and Kolyat; the files entries are for Combat abilities btw.

The spoilers made me laugh a bit (in a bad way). Oh well, I guess I'm mildly amused that a couple of my favorite characters have been somewhat vindicated.

I was afraid to click on it too so I watched Tali's romance scene.
