I clicked, and while it is not the content I wanted, I think they have put quite alot of effort into it and I am quite impressed. I expect this would never have happened without all the massive effort of fans in putting together the LI fanbook so although we didn't succeed in getting him to survive (unless there's more to the DLC than I know) we should be proud to have fought a good fight and pleased that they did try and do something good here.

It was never likely that they were going to back down and let him live, they need to keep up some pretence about their 'artistic' vision (LOL). They must be smarting enough over having to produce the EC... the entire dlc program seems to have consisted of fixing the mess that was the shipped game.
I've not seen the Thane vids, I'm guessing there's a LI specific one. Does anyone know if any of the content can give the paramour?

I wouldn't be too confident, unless you are actually interested in content for other LIs.
A vid and memorial scene certainly aren't enough to make me part with my money. Not when what we wanted was a chance to lengthen his life and end the game with him.
And why I didn't jump on the Xbox upon coming home to download the thing-as I had done with many an ME dlc before-not too sure I want to spend my money to hurt myself further-funeral scene...I really do not want to see that!!!:/
