 I have been looking for this information for the past couple of days and I have gathered this information from various threads and boards, but I thought I would share since I am sure others are looking for this information as well.

I would also like to add the additional research options that you get from upgrading weapons and armor. For example you need 3/5 Sniper dmg upgrades to learn the +50% headshot dmg upgrade, or you need 2/5 SMG dmg upgrades to learn the upgrade for extra SMG clips. (I know those two upgrades do exist, but unsure as to the requirements.) 

So if anyone knows of any additional upgrades you can learn through research, or any upgrades I failed to mention please let me know. I swear that some of the N7 missions have upgrades you can find, but can't remember what planets etc.

There are I think 2 N7 missions that take place on ships rather than planets - didn't see those on the list. These might only unlock after you do other N7 stuff though. Some are chained quests

I'm going through my second play through right now, so I will update any ones that I missed. In the mean time if anyone knows which ones are missing feel free to post em.
