The home owners association won't allow them to plants more trees.Dargar21 wrote...

Looks nice. Could use more trees in the distance so it doesn't look so much like they were all placed in a neat row surrounding the keep.
I agree. Especially on the right side on the first screenshot. It looks silly how they're all lined up perfectly.
I assume that from the a ground level view its looks fine as the player is never supposed to have that birds eye view of the keep.

That is so, but what I ask is the following: Arl Byron turns to rebels' side only in the book, that means nearly at the end of Orlesian occupation. And there was definetly no Vigil's Keep he went to. I'm not surprised that there is no Keep in the book - it's impossible to mention everything, besides, the yoke lasted a long time. But Arl Byron seems to be a Fereldan. Then probably Howe. Which means they kept their Arling during most of the war. That's where I'm confused(((Sandtigress wrote...

Em...I miss something. In the Stolen Throne Arl Byron was the Arl of Amaranthine. He may have been Howe, but 'guerrilla war against the invaders that lasted for generations'? Doesn't look like that. Arl Byron doesn't seem to be Orlesian either. So please save my brain - what do I miss?
Well, the rebellion against the Orlesians lasted from the time of Maric's grandfather through his mother then on to him. That's enough time for "generations", depending on how old the last Howe who was in Amaranthine was. Nearly a hundred years of Orlesian occupation, if I remember correctly.

It's not DLC in that regard, it's a paid-for-expansion that comes on disc to the best of my knowledge. Not aware they've ever said it'll be purchasable for MS points.Foreman20 wrote...
Has BioWare stated how many MS points The Awakening will cost?
As for the screenies? It's too shiny. Looks really nice, but oddly shiny.

Its an expansion, and you can't buy it with bioware points. Have to pre-order or..order through Gamestop or some other place like Direct-to-Drive. I prefer DtoD because I like digital downloading better than having 500 game boxes filling up my computer room hehe.

We have added 4 new screenshots of Vigil's Keep, the base for Grey Wardens in Amaranthine. You can see all 4 screenshots here: VIGIL'S KEEP
Beautiful. Just as long as they took down all the Howe portraits hanging on the walls, my Warden is going to love this place.

Can a mod or a BioWare person confirm or deny wheather it will be DLC or not? And can you use MS points or not?
Dragon Age: Awakening is not a DLC in any form. It's an expansion, which is probably why it has it's own forum, right? Vigil's Keep is part of that expansion. As said, it comes on a disc or in downloadable format, though I've read that the PS3 folks have to download the expansion, no disc for them.
