I got the chieftain dude's permission to speak with the urdnot shaman, but when I talk to the shaman, some other krogan guy (the one who hates grunt) speaks some one-liner about how he hates my whelp and I can't enter a dialog with the Shaman... soooooooo.... what do I do?

I had a similar issue with the Mechanic Krogan. Once I had the [thing] he needed, I spoke to him after the [mission] and of course, skipped the dialogue like I do, mostly, and by accident hit the goodbye option - I couldn't restart a conversation with him at all. I ended up restarting from the autosave and letting him finish talking then completed it properly. So that probably your best bet, restart the level.

its because you dont have grunt with you. just like you have to have the other members with you on their specific missions to make them loyal to you. its a must on all the loyalty missions and its across from where rex and the varren fighting pit. you go up the stairs its right by where you came in from if that helps any.

@ brittany I have Grunt with me and I still cant do it. I even went as far as doing the mission over again.
