I dont understand the combat tactics, when i set my custom tactics for my  character, he will not do them, i still have to control everything he does. Does the order matter or what? Some one please help me!!! Thanks

Tactics are disabled when you directly control a character. If you want the tactics to take effect you must control a different party member (whose tactics will be disabled until you relinquish direct control of them).
