I tried to install DLC with Zaeed, but if I launch the installer it has this NSIS error: "The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch
(NOT RECOMMENDED)."
Any tips or solvings for this problem? :( Sorry for my bad English BTW...

On http://nsis.sourcefo..._get_NSIS_Error they say that this is problem of site that I downloaded file from. Is this problem of Bioware??

No, its an NSIS problem, an installer conflict with MS installer.

I have the same error for the new Cerberus doc. I'm running 32 bit windows 7 if that helps at all. Anyone find any sort of resolution for this problem yet?

As the error message says, the file is corrupted. Unless it is somehow in error in giving you that error message, there is no way to fix it (except downloading a new copy).

I'm having the same problem with Overlord DLC. It goes through the "Verifying Installer" bit until about 97%, then comes up with the NSIS error listed above. I've tried running it with the /NCRC switch, and it goes ahead with the installation, then at 100% it fails and deletes the files.

Another user with the exact same problem with Overlord, downloaded the file to two seperate locations on my hard drive. Game is steam version run on windows xp single core I get a feeling its more an error with the static.cdn.ea.com server its from. Tired to download with both fire fox and internet explorer.

Just redownloaded Overload with IE but instead of saving the file somewhere I just hit run instead. The file downloaded and installed no problem. Hope this helps

Trying Siberman's method presently. I hope it works. I've downloaded the file, now, using three separate computers, and had the same problem every time. Hopefully this fixes it.

Edit:  It worked.  Bizarre fix, but whatever - I get to play now! :)

I have downloaded the overlord DLC probably 8 or 9 times today. All of them give me a NSIS error. Using the /ncrc workaround does not work.

I had the same problem with Kasumi and Overlord. I downloaded each near 10 times before I gave up. Tried IE, Chrome, removed the underscore, different computer at the same location, everything google told me to do. What eventually worked (first try) for both DLCs was downloading it at another location with a different ISP. Burned it, copied to my main machine and voila.

I managed to download and get them installed using IE and choose run instead of save. Seems to have worked.

I'm having this very issue with Overlord and LotSB (had with Kasumi too but eventually it worked for some reason). All of the smaller DLCs install without a hatch but the big ones seem to have issues. is there any insight as to why this is happening?

Running Win7 32-bit with UAC, firewalls and antivirus software disabled.
