I personally have no interest in Jowan, but I would have liked a Gorim.  What a sodding sweetheart that guy was.  His voice actor gets mucho-kudo because he made every word sound authentic and beyond sentimental. Come on, im a DWARF and he is a DWARF and that is still the cutest thing ever.  That should have been able to go further than it did darn it.  ``Gorim, tell the dev`s to bring you back to us, blast you! "

Cullen would have had the markings of funny.  I can see him checking doors for witnesses, dragging old chests in front of doors to keep people out during your "date" and then giving you a book of all the thoughts he ever thought of you when he followed you around before you actually got into bed. This of course being the point where you now realize that you are locked IN the room, rather than the rest of the world being locked out. That said, I'd do it once, come on - he is crazy but a cute crazy!    And I can reload from last save 

I kind of have a thing for the Guardian.    Just sayin.  And Caladrius.   Ok, and Loghain.

No Teagan love yet? My HNF wishes that her father had thought to set the two of them up, though now she gets to be queen so that's not too shabby. Goodness but that man is charming!

Exactly. He also seems pretty intent on making sure he takes the death blow himself, so I can't imagine a little extracurricular activity would go amiss from his PoV, either. And it's not as though he as to worry about maybe leaving a bastard behind or anything!

hehe i know.  'Twas his voice that got me.  I realized I was leaning forward to my screen to hear it better, and then I realized I just *wanted* to hear it better. So smooth, low and understated.

I actually find it shocking that Nobody has made a Teagan-love mod yet, Nooooooobody! lol Seriously, one or several of my characters simply *must* flirt with him each and every time.  "Darkspawn you say?  Threat? So, tell me about yourself dear man, so I can help you better". *innocent face*   lol

I bet Anora is quite charming once you get to know her, kinda like Morrigan and besides, she's way cuter. And ofcourse she's manipulative, she doesnt have magic or great sword fighting to get what she wants, she uses the skills she was born with.

I dont see why more people dont feel sad for her, she's been making a country run while her husband runs off playing warrior and getting all the glory, and then some upstart Grey warden shows up and wants to take the throne from her after all the hard work she's done. I'd be pissed to, only my character could atleast fight with a sword to get what he wants.

I thought Cullen was absolutely cute and adorable -- the way he's so timid and nervous when approaching him as a female mage, and I actually "pursued" him for the heck of it; however, seeing him run off... I thought, wtf and oh well. And after Broken Circle, encountering him before going to the Harrowing Chamber, I really felt bad for him but was still thinking, "Dude, I sincerely did give you a chance to find a... release." Hm... but I understand he's committed... yet I still find him adorable despite he does become mad and hateful against mages afterwards.
Jowan... is kind of an idiot. He wants to do the right thing but he's conflicted with other things so he just ends up doing stupid stuff without thinking clearly. He's like the friend you know you shouldn't hang around with but should at least try to help even though you don't really want to.
Riordan, I don't know... for me, the rigid attitude just kind of does it for me. His name even sounds sexy if you say it just right... and that accent and voice... hm... That's all I'll say.

All in all... my only two favorite minor characters, I suppose, are Riordan and oddly moreover... yeah so... Cullen. I guess I'm just appealed to the sense of danger behind the relationship with this troubled templar -- that whole forbidden romance and his heavy dedication to his oaths that conflicts him -- but that's what I find so hot about him... I know, I'm weird.

The voice definitely has a lot to do with it. He also claims dibs on the deathblow so matter-of-factly, which doesn't hurt. ....also, I just like older men.

EDIT: As to not liking Anora (sorry, I didn't refresh for awhile >_<) I understand, on one level, why a woman would need to resort to that in the sort of society she lived in; but she's also reminds me strongly of a couple of girls I decked in high school. I dislike manipulation intensely, from a modern standpoint.

As a guy, I guess I can't qualify as a fangirl. Still, my HNF loves to flirt with Duncan at the start of the game. It's a shame he never wishes to take her up on the offer to "talk" in her chambers. But Iona is a nice consolation prize...if only she were around longer.



My DNF likes Gorim a lot too. There is a lot of fun, flirty dialogue there as well, could have been a great thing to keep going.



Daveth also seems interesting to my females, even my males wish he'd have survived the joining; he seemed like a great candidate for a GW.



While I wish Jowan was a joinable NPC, I can't see any of my characters wanting to romance him.

Exactly. Daveth just seems like the type of guy you'd love to hang out with (and who'd be able to lighten the mood in bad situations) regardless of whether you gave him a roll in the hay or not. Even just the little introduction he got made me really regret how things turned out for him.

That would be a weird date but I wouldn't care so I'll admit it... I love Cullen. On my female mage playthrough, I've got a save right before you bump into him in his cage. Sometimes, I just like to load it just hear him confess his attraction!  I'm so naughty and dirty like that!

Poor... conflicted... mad... Cullen.

Cullen.....sure, I'd give him a tumble...provided he was heavily sedated and I had plenty of sharp or blunt objects on hand for self defense. And some body armor...and a crushing prison spell handy, just to be safe...

While none of my characters had any designs on Jowan (I have 1 mage, have toyed with another) I still love calling Lily "that fat cow." His "She's right here!" is priceless.

yeah, I had considered doing a Teagan mod, but i ended up starting a fanfic instead (see sig). The trouble to me with mods isn't the time it takes to learn to use the toolset, it's the fact that without the same voice, It just wouldn't be authentic enough for me to actually be motivated to make/play it.



I'll stick with writing and leave the romance mods to other folks who may not care as much about continuity/quality as I do. Don't mean that to sound harsh, but if I were to make a Teagan mod, i am such a perfectionist that it would have to be RIGHT...and unfortunately, the tools aren't there to do that. It's impossible.

She is a tough girl, and has alot of fire and personality for her few lines. I love the way she seems to glare at Loghain and pull away from him during the Ostagar sequence.

No matter my cunning or Coercion skill I cannot get her to stand down at the Landsmeet... so I am sure the whole Denerim-tent offer would have gone down pretty badly.

I still would prefer to be slain by a girl like that, though. She is very "Morrigan with a sword".

If only there were more sleazy Bard-girls...

Bahaha, where I grew up girls fighting is not really that uncommon, heh.

I also really liked Shianni...by all rights what happened to her in the City Elf origin should have taken a lot of her spirit away, but it didn't.
