I'm playing a soldier and recently was faced with the choice between commando and shock trooper. The shock trooper provided bonuses for power duration, which means the only thing it benefits is adrenaline rush. But commando increases the damage of "powers," so does it increase the damage of ammo powers? Concussion shot is an active power and obviously should, but does it work on the passive ones as well?
