I'm one of the people that, when inputting my Collectors' Armor DLC Code into my promotions page, receives a message that this code already has been activated and is in use. No it is not. It didn't download on my Xbox and it still isn't working whenever I try putting the code in again. Have been for the past several days. I also wrote support.ea.com on the website but have yet to receive a response from them after six days.
Should I keep waiting? Or should I be contacting them somewhere else?

i wrote a msg to them also via email and they didnt respond either. try the live chat, that is how they fixed my problems
