Hi,

I 've bought the deluxe download edition and registered my keys here at the site. All the stuff shows up when I go to "Your registered game promotions" but when I try to download it in game, the list is empty, although I am logged in with the same account.... Did I do anything wrong?

I think the problem is that I live in Germany and thus have a German EA account but I installed the English version of DA:O. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I waited about 30mins to 2 hours before my DLC appeared to be available for download. Also quit and restarted the game several times.

i got the game on the 3rd my dlc has not worked right since the game came out and customer service has not responded at all. my digital deluxe edition, and the 2 dlc that came with it read as unauthorized and no amount of verifying game cache, cursing at the screen, restarting, trying to reenter my keys on the key site, contacting customer support over 24 hours ago. the save game i did get to play when it was working is unusable now that the content will not load and what is really peeving me off to top it all off is the fact when i login the game tries to sell me lest 2 of the 3 content i already own. to say i am slightly annoyed would be a gigantic understatement.

I solved this problem by manually start a service in Windows Vista called "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater".
1. Press start
2. Run "services.msc"
3. Find and start "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater"
4. Restart game

If you can see the items under "Your registered game promotions" then all you can do is wait. Biowares servers are surely slower right now becuz everyone buys the game and creates accounts and so on.

from the 3rd to the 6th and i submitted my customer support ticket the 4th, no when i plunk down 65 bucks on a preorder and EA/bioware/steam takes that money i expect a smidge of competence, and a decent level of satisfaction when they screw the whole thing up.

every time i had to deal with EA for anything it always turns into, oh your absolutely right, we will get your stuff to you soon and then nothing ever happens. i should have learned after i preordered crysis directly from EA and never got my preorder stuff even tho customer support i should have gotten it, and they would be sending it along "soon" i guess what 2 3 years later and its not here yet is soon? so i wonder why i am dubious this time around.

hopefully you all have better luck.

Thank you very much indeed! Except that Wardens Keep and Stone Prisoner won't install now since they require game version 1.00...

My problem is downloading the two large files (stone prisoner and warden's keep) - I run a utility that monitors my download speed in real time and the connection to where ever the content is held keeps dropping or running at 50% or less capacity for my line. Surely they could have anticipated a spike in downloads and bought more bandwidth? I dont think I will be buying any more large files from them by this method if they cant deliver it to me reliably and speedily.

I also bought the digital deluxe on EAStore (great mistake as it seems). Since I haven't received anything but just the standard edition I wrote to customer support (already 28 hours ago) and never got any response. Has anybody received any promo codes for the digital deluxe version yet?

Or has anybody ever got any reaction from support??

I don't have a service by that name!!! I can't fix something that isn't there! Game plays fine, but I can't find my DLC. Is there a way to manually install the updater service without reinstalling the game?

Mmmm... I have to do this every time I start the game, otherwise some DLC is noted as "unauthorized"

I have a similar problem...

Running XP SP3 (32 bit)

The first thing I did when I got the game was register my 2 promo codes (dragon armor/prisoner).

These were accepted by this website and I can view them under 'View registered promo codes'.

I then launch the game and sign in using the same account in which I registered my codes and I see NOTHING in the download section. The download does not even appear.

My firewall has allowed access to the game (the purchasable content appears fine..) yet the promo content is no where to be seen.

Any help?

PS. The services.msc -> start/restarting this service does not solve the issue.
