I did this and only one item from the journey game is installed. The stone prisoner is extraded 100% but not installed. And there is nothing about the wardens keep or the armor and the rings. I got the DDE from the EA store and am runing Vista.

I solved this problem by manually start a service in Windows Vista called "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater".
1. Press start
2. Run "services.msc"
3. Find and start "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater"
4. Restart game

This trick did not work for Windows 7...
Has sombody another Idea, or solved this in Win7 by himself?

Worked for me. Windows 7 - 64bits Prof.
Just write "services.msc" in the "search bar".

I have a similar problem...

Running XP SP3 (32 bit)

The first thing I did when I got the game was register my 2 promo codes (dragon armor/prisoner).
These were accepted by this website and I can view them under 'View registered promo codes'.

I then launch the game and sign in using the same account in which I registered my codes and I see NOTHING in the download section. The download does not even appear.

My firewall has allowed access to the game (the purchasable content appears fine..) yet the promo content is no where to be seen.

Any help?

PS. The services.msc -> start/restarting this service does not solve the issue.

Launch the game, log in via the game and then go to the downloadable content area, refresh a few times and see if it appears or not.

After that (assuming it won't show you your DLC)

If you go to My Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/Logs and check the log there, you can open that file and scroll right down to the bottom of that file and check the DA Download manager logs and see what information appears.

I get this...

General Initialize - Initialization Complete
DA Download Manager (DADM) Attempting to connect to DADM Control Server!
DA Download Manager (DADM) Service start pending...
DA Download Manager (DADM) Connected to DADM Control Server!
DA Download Manager (DADM) Successfully configured DADM!
DA Download Manager (DADM) Service started successfully.

OnlineFeatures Entitlements received: .

My profile on this website clearly displays my DLC on the web page. Yet, as you can see, when it is requested by the game, it is not receiving any of the entitlements that I should.

This is where the issue lies and I would have thought inspection for such things would be straight forward as you can check the back-end databases to see what is not as it should be.

Damn! Still doesn't work for me - everything downloads and extracts with no problem, but won't get past installing even if I leave it for over an hour...

Have the same problem, although in the logs it says this:

"A Download Manager (DADM) Attempting to connect to DADM Control Server!

DA Download Manager (DADM) Could not connect to DADM Control Server!

DA Download Manager (DADM) Restarting DADM HeartBeat!

DA Download Manager (DADM) OpenService failed (5)"

Sigh!

"If you can see the items under "Your registered game promotions" then all you can do is wait. Biowares servers are surely slower right now becuz everyone buys the game and creates accounts and so on."

I have DA on Xbox 360- is there a folder somewhere on the folders in there? I can't seem to find a list like this.

Is anyone else having a problem with the feral wolf charm and memory band? I redeemed the cods at the same time that I redeemed the blood armor but the charm and band did not show up under the DLC portion of the main menu even though I can see the DLC for shale, blood armor, and warden HQ (all downloaded).

I am trying to submit to EA but I need my screen name first. I'm SHOCKED that I can't just submit my e-mail instead. DA seems to have screwed the pooch on the DLC.

Just adding that it has stated several times that it has sent my screen name but nothing has shown up in my e-mail- even checked the junk to be sure.
