My female character has a bun with knots on the back of the head.  It shows through all the helmets so far in game.  I also noticed that in the first intro quest you use the default Shepard and her hair shows through the helmet as well when she puts it on.

Also unlike Mass Effect 1, helmets will stay on in situations like when Liara kissed my character. 

These are just minor graphics clipping bugs.  Thanks for the great game.

I had two female characters so far, and haven't encountered this on any of my helmets
