The audio in the cutscenes plays about 1-2 seconds before the video. I have all the latest drivers and i have set it to only use one then two processor cores all with no luck. I am running Windows 7 64-bit, intel core 2 quad, 4GB RAM and NVIDIA Gforce 260 GTX.

You should include your sound processor and driver version.

It says that the sound processor and version 6.1.7600.16385 driver are mircosoft but the hardware is a realteck according to the manual

Right i just found out that a power saving program that came with my motherboard was affecting it so when i changed it from power saving to performance to all works fine
