I need help because in my profile I can't see the images of my 2 last characters, and the last isn't in the list... I really want to understand why is there this problem, and how can I risolve that.

in the profile diagnostic there is: error
1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character.
1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
what can I do?

I think there's just a general error with the servers, I have so many errors on my character profiles it's not even funny.
