I recently finished the game (its great overall and enjoyed it a lot).  However, I found some bugs that existed when the game went on:

1.) When I went to Ozrammar (dwarven city), I saw the scene between Oghren and Lollitar (sp?) in the Diamond Quarter.  I did the conversation tree with the latter dwarf; however, I did not see Oghren ever again.  I had heard he would join your party on the way to Deep Roads but he never showed up.  The kicker was when I confronted Branka, he showed up in the cutscene but was blanked out, as in he was talking but when it panned to his scene where he's supposed to be there, there was an invisible dwarf there.  This happened for all cutscenes that followed where Oghren is supposed to be.  He did show-up at the Post-Coronation as in his character being visible.  Funny thing was I even got the Recruiter achievement even know I was never able to use him at all.

2.) Originally, when I confronted Loghain during the Landsmeet, I had chose to save him.  I then re-loaded my save file and decided to not in the second go-around.  During the attack on Denerim, when we had to split groups, he popped up as an invisible character with dialogue, just like Oghren.  He appeared at the end (his character) along with Oghren during post-coronation.

3.) The game was pretty hard on Easy, particularly the part where you had to defend Redcliffe village from the undead.  I will be honest and admit that I was using the console "cheat" just to see how the game played out and there were several encounters after Redcliffe, which on Easy that could just kill me instantly if I did not have certain features on.

I appreciate this game very much.  I'm not sure dabbling with the known commands from the console "cheat" had anything to attribute to that (used cash, immortal, XP, and approval commands only).  I started using that when I was in the Elven forest, before that, I had completed Redcliffe and the Circle main quests without it.

I hope this can help in any way for future bug fixes.  My version was the PC Deluxe download from Direct2Drive if that information helps.
