PlayStation 3 issue.

When I launch the game, it automatically logs me into the EA servers. I didn't enter any log-in information at all, at no point or place did it ask me for any.

I followed the instructions supplied on the Blood Dragon Armor about coming here and making an account, and registering the content, and now I have no way to access it in my game apparently.

Is there a way to change whatever supposed account it's logging me into? It won't even let me register my copy of Dragon Age on the website, it says the upc code isn't right.

I'm insanely frustrated with this. After hours on this forum and google (which I had to do last week for BattleForge, another EA property I'm getting screwed over with) I'm really, really let down.

I am having the same issue and have been asking aroud as well. I am hoping that someone can help us out. I even tried to contact customer support but still no response. I am having all the same issues.

The prompt to log in on the Main Menu only appears if your Xbox live account is not already tied to an EA account. If you previously played another EA game and created an account for it then your Xbox live account was already linked to an EA account so there's no need for you to log in again.

If the email for your PSN account is the same as your EA account I think it uses that automatically. Also the servers have been slammed with all the new users so your characters might not appear for a while. Mine just showed up today and are 2 days old info.

give it time...your characters will eventually show up here. i had the same thoughts as you but eventually my characters showed up. As far as the Armor issue, i really wish that the instructions were different on the card and that it told you to do it the same way the other DLC needed to be done, IN GAME. I did not go online, as when it said that i was like "why cant i just do it like the other DLC?" In fact you can do it like the other DLC. I entered the code in game under the Downloadable content option and my armored showed up just fine for me to download on my console. You could try and do it this way, although i am not sure it will work since you did it online.

This is a PS3 thread, but regardless; I went to ea.com and tried to link my PSN and EA.com accounts and it isn't working. So. I'm out of luck there. Says my PSN name is already taken.

Yeah. I feel like I'm being punished for following the instructions they supplied! I thought twice about doing it Online, but I figured there had to be a reason they were telling me to do it that way. And unless the reason was raising my blood pressure, I haven't figured it out yet since this is confusing, frustrating, and not working for anyone.

I tried entering the codes in-game after the fact, but yeah, since I entered them the way they told me to I can't use them now.

can you guys help me I forgot my old bioware account password and community name, and the name I'm using here is a new one. i cannot log on to the server for dragon age because i can't remeber the password,and i can't create a new password because i cant remember my community name.so if someone can help me please e-mail me at darkjedianakinskywalker@cheatcc.com

This is (was) the PC Game Tech Forum, which was the generic "all platforms" tech forum at first, but that was over with six months ago.  It's for game problems.  Site Problems has / have its / their own tech question forum elsewhere, as does any and all PS3 stuff (so I requested and now see it was granted, that a moderator move the thread.   (Which causes the thread following mine to make no sense any more, I think. )
