Man, I suck.
I was unware that I had already signed up for an EA Online account.

Well, I tried to use the code with the NEW account.
And it went through.
I could not get it in-game, however

I checked my gamertag on EA Online and found it to be already in use.

then it clicked that I had already made an account for the Lord Of The Rings game demo that was on XBL a while back.

I can't use my Collectors Armor code anymore.

Help?

Oh, I am able to get the pre-order Inferno armor that Amazon has sent me since I tried this afterwards.

I doubt I will be able to get a new Collectors Code, but one can hope

Its a one time use code, so you highly likely have lost it sorry.



For inferno you can unlock it in game so its not as much of an issue. Just sign into your correct profile of course.

you can open an issue on ea support website asking them to merge your accounts

Yup. Make sure to ask ea to MERGE your accounts. I simply asked them to change which one my gamertag linked too so now I can't connect to cerberus network and my save games won't work until I do

You could create a new Live account and link that account with the NEW EA account you created. It should work because the Collector gear is not copy protected (meaning that you can download it with one account, transfer it, do whatever you want and still use it with any account on a console with the DLC.) Good luck.
