Here is a bug I have found recently:

Platform affected: PC and X360
Reproducible?: yes, 100%
Mission: N7: Captured Mining Facility
Planet: Helyme
Description:
At the end of the mission, when you are able to press B, or F to finish and return to the Normandy, if you happen to be standing on the draw-bridge that is extended using a button you interact with, you wil die during the cutscene of the shuttle taking off as the mission ends, and be forced to reload. This happens every time on both 360 and PC versions. If you press B or F and end the mission while standing on the extended bridge, the cutscence will play and you wil get the red veins and instantly die as your shuttle is taking off.


Note sure if this has been posted already. Hopefully it will be noted for a fix in the first patch.
