I activated my account and the cerberus code. the labtops are both working etc. but anytime i try and click on anything that has anything to do with the internet. nothing happens, nothing even tries to load or anything. in the pop up options that has the 'play, uninstall, support, config, download content' etc. and while in the game, clicking the 'new content available' option does nothing. All i get is a sound as if i was selecting it but...nothing ever happens x.x

Any clue what the problem is? i tried looking for a while but it seems everyone is having problems just activating their cerberus network card number :x. I just want to download the zaeed and normandy crash pack things that i'm supposed to be able to get.

Heh, can be a bit confusing that the DLC button in the main menu is purely for decoration. Here's the fun part - it doesn't go away even if you have gotten everything you can get, but I digress.



Go to http://social.bioware.com/redeem/ and enter your code. Make sure your EA and Bioware accounts are linked, then enter the promo code for the crash site and Zaeed. You can then find and download your DLC items here in the BW Social Network if you navigate to



Profile > Your registered game promotions
