Yesterday I've gotten Dragon Age, from Bol.com in the Netherlands. It included the codes for Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner inside the DVD-box, and they redeemed and downloaded as expected. On the Bol.com order page for Dragon Age, it is said that I should receive the "Dalish Promish Ring" and the "Memory Band" as extra conten because of pre-ordering.

How should this content be delivered; on a paper, the same way as Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner? If so, I did not receive them. Should I contact Bol.com to get the codes, or EA Netherlands?

Bol.com I think (or double-check the package). In my case at least the preorder codes were delivered on a separate piece of paper outside of the game box.

It is fixed. When I went to send an e-mail to Bol.com's customer service, I received an e-mail with both codes. A bit late, but they're redeemed without issue. When I get home, I'll fire up the game and see if the items download and install correctly.

I have the same issue here in sweden. I got the xp-ring (extra code they taped on the box), but the webpage (game.se) say I should also get a guild master belt, but I can't find the code for that. I did find the code for the dragon armor and the stone prisoner.

In my case (in USA) the Memory band and a pair of boots were e-mailed to me a few days later, separate from the other 2 codes, which came in-box.

I'm guessing other stores will do something like that as well. But I would e-mail and ask anyway.
