I figured a very blunt topic would be simpler than beating around the bush.
I'm perhaps 3/4 of the way through the game. Due to some random decision I made much earlier in the game, I'm now unable to get the Wade's Superior Dragonbone Plate Armor (and the boots and gloves). As this seems unfair to me, I want to know if it's reasonably easy to use the toolset to just add them to my character's inventory.
How hard would this be? (and I'm somewhat concerned about the risk of my completely messing up my game by doing something wrong with the toolset)
Is it easy to use the toolset to cheat?

use the ingame console, if you want to cheat. it's alot harder to use the toolset too cheat and many things can screw up your game. such as screwing up or duplicating event calls.

If you use the console cheats, you might want to look at this site so you don't mess up your save game: http://dragonage.gul...doku.php/cheats
Edit: I've only looked at it once a while ago, but if you want to add items with the console I think you also need to add the items to treasure.xls as the debug command (runscript createitem [id], IIRC) takes the row ID. No guarantee from me that won't cause something bad to happen later in the game, but I wouldn't think it would. Another alternative would be to script adding the item yourself. Maybe you can also alter your save game to add it, but that doesn't seem like a stellar choice.
