Just something real quick. I'm new here so bare with me please.
I pre-ordered Mass Effect 2, got it, already beat the game, and now I'm starting my insane playthrough. I don't have Terminus Gear at all however, despite it being advertised to be available for pre-ordering it, which I did.
At first I thought I don't have it cause I need to find it later on in the game, like buy it in a store. Well, after beating the game once, and I still don't have it, I'm under the impression I was never given it.
I got the Cerberus Network code in for getting the bounty hunter and crashsite, I thought maybe the armor was on that code too, but it isn't. I have no other codes besides for registering the game, which I have done already.
Help me out here people. Something I missed? A mistake and the code for the Terminus Armor wasn't included? I know for a fact that I pre-ordered a copy of Mass Effect 2 at a Gamestop.

Got one card with the front saying
"Cerberus Network"
"classification//Activated"
But no other card.
Well as I said, I'm new. I tried looking at Customer Service but only got a bunch of "most asked questions", all of which didn't have to do with this.Ukral wrote...

As for asking a question myself, I can't make my own questions on "Support", and sending an Email wont work for me (never works on this computer, I have no idea why. Some bug or improper installment).
