this topic was started as a joke that played off the quarian-human relation lore from ME1
This topic was not intended to suggest making legion a romance option when first starting, then we really considered it just because it would be funny.

On a more serious note, I certainly think Legion has some sort of attachment to Shepard that he is either hiding or cannot understand based on his response to Shepard's question about the N7 armor. Geth aren't capable of romantic interest obviously, based on the way they exist and the apparent lack of emotion. Though Legion would quite obviously bring that lack of emotion into question. Perhaps Legion's body is designed to simulate emotion somehow considering his imitation of facial expression and the gestures that he makes with his body during conversation, like shoulder shrugging. This could be purely for interaction with organics or something else entirely.
