I read that when we upload a created character we will be given a ring that boosts all stats called the lucky stone:

"As a little bonus we are also giving away an exclusive in-game item for those folks that upload their newly generated character into BioWare’s new community platform: BioWare Social Network. Upload your character and come Nov 3 Get ready to slip on The Lucky Stone"

Do we recieve a code when the game comes out Nov 3rd? if not then how?

I uploaded my character but how I do I know where it is? I thought it would be my avatar but evidently not.

A few people have received e-mails about the Lucky Stone rings, and apparently they are simply added to your BioWare Social Network account, no codes needed.

Still waiting for my own, though...

Whatever account you used to upload with will get the ring attached to it for all platforms.

No codes or code entry needed.

Grab the game on any platform, login with the same account info and it'll be there waiting for you.

On consoles, in addition to being logged into Xbox Live or PS Network, you'll need to log into the Dragon Age Servers using the above mentioned account info. If you have other EA games with online features for your console, they all have a similar method to get news or other features going, so you can check that out if you are curious how it work before DA launches.

So you just create a character and hit upload at the end, and that's it? Or is there more?

I was wondering about this.  Thanks for the info.

So we just just upload it as a forum avatar?

I was wondering that same thing, wtatashi. I clicked upload info, then made it my avatar. I'm not really sure if that's all I had to do, but if I had to guess I'd say that's all.

You don't have to use your character as a forum avatar. All you have to do is to upload it so it's visible on the site. Easy, isn't it?

Where do I go to find my characters? I've only been able to find them with the help of some links off the character creator, but can't seem to find the way to get to them w/o it.

Go into your profile, click on the Games tab, and then click on the "Dragon Age Origins - PC" link.

I'll also kindly link directly to your character list here.

Just one quick clarification, I can barely run the CC on my PC however I did make some characters and upload them; hence the avatar. However I will be playing on my 360. So If I link my 360 with my EA account that I use on these forums, since I already have characters uploaded I should start with the lucky ring Immediately instead of having to wait for my character to be uploaded to the forum (which i have noticed can be either quick or take a few hours) Or will I have to use the 360 creator and wait the appropriate time for it to upload?

A question relating another item. Will the Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2 function similarly? I first played Mass Effect on Xbox 360 and all my characters are on the 360. I have a high end PC and I really want to enjoy Dragon Age on PC. But I will be buying mass effect 2 on 360. Will it be possible to unlock the Blood Dragon Armor in ME2 on 360 similarly to how you can unlock the lucky ring stone?

Yes,it been said that the Blood Dragon Armor isn't platform limited so don't worry about that.
