I feel so bad for Bioware, EA mangles anything they get their hands on.  Anyway, my question is this: I redeemed my 360 codes online etc, the cerberus one works, but every time I download the crash site and terminus armor/blackstorm it says they are "corrupted and cannot be used. please re-download."  So, what I want to know is, is this just the connection I used, or is this some problem with the program, because from what I can tell, other people are getting theirs, and I can't.  And I know my 360 is not the problem.  from all appearances, my accounts are linked, Gamer Tag and this one, but I can't get the goods I paid for, and it is p****** me off
Please advise.

Sounds like its recognising the codes but it wont download the content. Try restarting your xbox and make sure you don't have the corrupted downloads listed in your memory. if you do delete them and try again.

I too am having trouble with the DLC of the Terminus Armor and the heavy gun that comes with it. I have tried numerous troubleshooting tips and still have not been able to fet them. The email address that I used for my gamertag is the same as the one that I used for my EA account. So I am not sure what the deal is.

the only thing I could think of is that you have to be connected to the internet, which I can only do at my friends house. I got a diferent friend to download it at his house on my hard drive, but he did not restart it when he had it, and when I did at home I got the same message. And yes, I did delete the messed up ones first. Like hunter, I used the same email address etc, so either I need to restart it while i am at my friends house, or my codes are messed up- which I seriously doubt because they seemed to work. It is the part where they go from the internet to my 360 that seems to be having issues... I will see what I can do when I get the chance though.

I finally got the problem taken care of today. I had to sit in live chat with one of EA's Customer Support people today. It took them about a half hour. I had them link my ea account to my gamertag. I was pretty sure that I had done this before, but they told me that I had it linked to an email address that I haven't had for 2 years. The only problem that I have now is that once they linked my gamertag, now my Cerberus Computer on the main menu is gone and I cannot get it back again unless I pony up the 1200 points to do so. I don't even have the "download again" option. I guess it is no biggie. I'll just pay the points and everything will finally be back to normal.

contact EA via email, tell them the issue, they will rectify it. it may take 2-5 days but they will get it done. if you want to be more direct call them or like hunter said, "live chat".

So wait I have the very same problem I no longer have the internet and 0 of my downloads work...



All of them say files are corrupt please redownload... and Even if i download it over a friends house It still doesn't work.



So am i just screwed or what?

you said it nom nom. I just want my stuff. i am in line for live chat, I pray I get through... for some reason when I went to EA, they said my account was unverified, even though I have been using it here ever since ME2 came out, trying to get some frikin answers! The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing apparently...

I had my 360 running, left the house for an hour, booted up ME2 and I got a message saying that my Normandy Crash Site and Terminus Armor data was corrupted and I had to re-download. So I did. Nothing. Did it again. Nothing. Deleted the new files from my 360 and tried again. Nothing. What the **** is going on? The game wasn't running, I did nothing at all to cause this. My Cerberus Network still works, but I can't get any of that stuff back!

At least I'm not alone!! None of my dl's work, Blood Armor, Terminus Armor w/ gun, Normandy, Zaeed. I called EA support and did everything they said too and finally got Collector armor w/ gun wrking. My question is, why did I shell out $100 bucks on day one for a cripple product? It seriously pisses me off.

Same problem here. I was able to delete the corrupted files and redownload them and it worked. Then i turned it back on and i got the same problem. So now any time i want to play the game i have to redownload zaeed and the normandy crash site. It kinda sucks, especially with my terrible internet connection

Did you guys download the content on a different console because the addons are saved to that consoles ID, and can only be accessed if you are signed into xbox live.

This happened to me after I had to get my xbox repaired, and they sent me back a different console, but didn't transfer over my old consoles dlc licenses, so I had to do it myself. You can only do this process once a year though, so I'd say don't do it unless you know that could be the problem. http://www.xbox.com/...censemigration/
