Hi , got 4 redeemed items on my account. Shale , dragon armor, guildmasters belt and emm makers ring i think its called...

been playing like 8 hrs in total and today i find out that the guildmasters belt i had on my main character is just *poof* missing...firstly, how did this happen ? secondly , how ? third, why? , fourth , possible to get it back?

one other thing that ive noticed with this very bugged game is that for some reason the game doesnt "approve of my account" anymore...says im unauthorized to use my pre order content (which might be why the guildmaster belt is missing??? ) ...Anyhow it sucks since the game cost me like 60 dollars and i cant even use the pre order items anymore or they´ve gone missing

last ...the makers ring i think it was called...was supposed to have an enchantment or something? it adds nothing at all ....

help is appreciated

I have the same problem. Items that were working yesterday are now "unauthorized". For me it is 3 of my total of 6 items, its annoying. They show up ok on my account on this site but ingame, its not working anymore. I havent made any changes since yesterday, so I have no idea why it stopped working.

When I was messing about with what DLC modules I had installed (I wanted to get Shale-village back after installing patch 1.01) I found that removing and adding modules made them unauthorized for a short while. Then I got my items back in the party inventory, not on the characters that wore them. I got another Grimoire of the Frozen wastes as well, but I'm not sure if I lost the points I got from the first one...

I have my game with the reserve www.game.es and... they dont give me nothing. (i need this 2 items)
