So I click PC under return to ostagar and it sends me to the page where you buy points, I did it twice and now have 800 points and no bloody add on. Any ideas?
WTF it won't let me download RTO even though I have the points to!

I ran into this problem when I first got the game and did the exact same thing you did. What I did was start the game, then click on the codex icon on the top of the screen. The window that opens has a icon for DLC and if you click on it, there should be a list of DLC that is available. I clicked on it from there and it went right to the spot where you exchange points for DLC. I did the point exchange and the download started.
