I bought the Deluxe edition of Mass Effect 2 of Steam OK,
I registered the game and it works fine OK,
I logged in to Cerberus OK,
Entered in my DLC to the registration OK,
Downloaded all the extra missions and equipment OK,
Relaunched ME2 which automatically logs in to Cerberus Network for me just fine OK.

Now it is giving me the following message,

Unable to authorise the listed DLC
Please log into Cerberus Network with the account used 
to purchase the DLC.
Collectors Weapon and Armor
Blood Dragon Armor
M-29 Incisor Sniper Rifle.

I have my EA account and password which has not changed for years,
I have a BioWare account and password which I got with Dragon Age.

Why the hell is it telling me to log in with a different account yet gives me absolutely NO ability to log in with a different account?????

Where can I go to log in to a different account???  Which account should I use???  It's been a handful of days since I installed and I can't fully remember but I'm fairly sure I used my EA account which has my MAss Effect, Dragon Age and XBOX Live accounts all available.  I even made my Mass Effect profile my main profile and it still isn't helping.

What the hell?  Is this part of Al Qaeda's new plan to strike at the heart of Capitalism and drive us all insane???
