The only thing that would make it better is to make her part of the active roster in ME3.

I'm going to play the Devil here and say how massively inappropriate that would be.

She's your secretary. She tells you when you have messages, she feeds your fish, and she watches out for warning signs in the crew then you can shoot them in the head before they shoot themselves in the foot.

What's she going to do against a Praetorian? Psycho-analyse it to death? I can see the squad selection dilemma right now: "Hmm, let's see, I have a genetically pure Krogan killing machine, a biotic she-devil, space-Batman, a technological genius... I know, I'll take my secretary into battle instead!"

Sorry, but it ain't going to happen. And if it does, it'll be a bigger plot hole than nobody being surprised about you being raised from the dead.
