Well, Emily Wong asked me to drop by the Citadel and talk to her - and I did so as she'd my favorite news reporter. I eventually found her hiding in a corner but was unable to talk to her. I went back to the Citadel multiple times throughout (and IIRC after) the game and still not so much as a hello. Bug? Unfinished content?

For those of you unable to find Emily, she's right where the other reporter is. Basically, you need to tell the other reporter (the smear-news one) that you aren't having any part of her games and run her off. After that I got Emily's message and returned to the Citadel and Emily was standing right where the first reporter had been initially and even has a flying camera robot identical to the smear-news lady's... but it is most DEFINATELY Emily.
