Right, I seem to have a slightly obnoxious stuttering issue. Nothing that makes the game unplayable, but having the game drop to 2 fps every 5 seconds is rather annoying. It mainly happens in quest hubs like Illium and Normandy (Normandy being a stuttering hellhole) with combat areas being better, but still affected. The collector base is almost free from stuttering entirely frex, which was a nice surprise when I got there. I have exactly the same issue with me 1, but in that case it's even worse. 

I've tried pretty much everything i've found on me 1/2 stuttering issues in particular and stuttering in general, and nothing have really helped. I've defragged, updated/downgraded drivers, started windows with pretty much 0 unnecessary processes loaded and well, i'm really lost for what to do. People with specs that are pretty much like mine seem like they can play the game perfectly fine.

Windows 7 64-bit
AMD Athlon 6400+ x2
4 GB RAM
Sapphire HD4890 1GB
7200 RPM drive

(I'm slightly clueless on what more to write. And sorry about the short description, it's late and I was such a goddamn idiot that I managed to erase my perfect post twice. Anyway, help appreciated)
