To whom do I return after killing the men in The Pearl.  Or what world do I go back to for the reward?  Thanks in advance!!

If the guard of the Market district sent you, don't kill the men.  That'll cause you to loose quests and I think you won't get paid.

You'll get stopped heading back tot he Market District.  Otherwise it's the guy by the vendor who uses the drake scales for armor.
