Is it possible to import a character from a non-Live Xbox account to a Live Xbox account? Is there some trick to being able to move save games over? I've a friend who played ME1 on an offline account and in the time between ME1 and ME2 he signed up for a Live account, but probably did it through the website instead of upgrading the offline account without realizing that it couldn't link with his old account.
