The RTO content is not showing up in the DLC list in-game, but I have more than enough points to purchase it.  I have the latest patch.  Why won't it show?

EDIT: Alright got done talking to someone from EA's chat support and what he told me did the trick *surprise!*

1st make sure you have 1.02 patch for DA:O installed then follow these steps:

• Run services.msc from the Run menu option in Windows. Pressing the Windows key + R will bring up your Run menu. Simply type "services.msc" into the window and click OK.
  
  • NOTE: Services.msc controls essential
    components of Windows. Errors in configuration can prevent the system
    from operating correctly. Any changes you make in services.msc are made
    at your own risk.
• Find the Dragon Age: Origins Updater service in the list.
• Double-click on the service to bring up the properties.
• Press the Start button if the service is not currently running.
• Change Startup type to Automatic.
• Close the Properties and Services interface.

I have atempted this. It does not appear to work. Anyone with other suggestions? Am working through Steam.

I just take it you're logged in while attempted to download RtO?



If so, download the Return to Ostagar offer, and install it. That should trigger it.
