Is there a complete list of upgrades nad weapons and where to find them somewhere?

I read in anotehr topic about a geth pulse rifle taht you can only get playing on a certain difficulty, are there more weapons llike it? I've look on the Mass Effect wikia but so far havent found a complete list.
