When someone clicks on "Attention..." I'm almost certain first impression is "Woah, full of fangirls screaming for jokermance here, let's see another spot" and hearing (reading) thousand times that "I don't want Jokermance because it's stupid/he's a bro/no or I'll call the doctor/f*ck no/GODDESS no" drives me crazy. It's my opinion, and as far as I know, I can express it. If noes, I'll humbly shut up.

Well, okay, I didnt think at the time someone would read so much into my use of 'allow'. I'm sorry to everyone else for my being off topic but i was misunderstood and didn't want to be pointed out as saying something and being something that im not. I was saying how i'd welcome non joker love if worded well, i think we all know theres lack of decent discussions in here at present. Im not under the impression that im alpha of the thread or anything like that

More dialogue for Joker is always good - I think that is a good basis and everyone will agree
So, here is the screenshot of the guy on horizon that has a little similarity to Joker (well not really, but someone said some pages ago that there should be a person looking similar to Joker on horizon and this is the only one I found that would match best):

Hate comment? That wasn't intended as a hate comment and I’m sorry if it came across that way. I was bored, wanted to comment on something and that was my 1st thought when reading the title of this thread. It was intended to be friendly, maybe start a discussion. I wasn’t even saying they can’t have a joker romance, only that I wouldn’t use it.

Guys, I'm sorry if I've upset anyone. You seem to have misunderstood me. My intention wasn't to tell you off or have a go at you, I'm just pointing out that you're being a little defensive, and that can be intimidating to anyone who comes in to drop a fresh post.



I really didn't see anything wrong in Manic Sheep's post, but it seemed like others did. I just wanted to make sure you could see it as a non-offensive (and actually kind of funny) post. I know it's a bit annoying hearing people say they don't want a Jokermance or that Joker should be with EDI, especially after all the trolls we've had, but Manic did say he/she supported Joker. That's more than most people say.

Imagine if Joker had his own DLC/loyalty type mission. Of course, his loyalty couldn't be questioned (except if someone offered him a better ship to fly possibly), but a quest that revolved around him. I would love that. So much dialogue potential.

Oh right. I think i remember this being discussed actually, with someone suggesting his hat goes missing as the quest? Im not sure

I'd love mission when you're actually walking with Joker. Not this scary awful mission with losing your crew, I hate this mission.

And yeah, his loyalty can't be questioned. I don't think Joker could leave Normandy for a better one. She's his baby after all! I don't know whether he loves Norman-Dee or FemShep more :3

Walking with Joker as a squaddie, that might be tough for him, though he might well have made a lot of progress by the next game. Then again, doesnt everyone have to go through minor training to get into the alliance, even if you're a scientist? So he has that covered.

But what if ME3 happens when Shepard is so old? Or when she/he becomes a Ultra-Reaper? Booo, scary.

I don't think Liara got that training, she was a biotic only capable to use this freaking pistol. An adept, right? So maybe we'll get a no-fighting little mission like Alchera and then, Joker as a squaddie.

But then, haven't we discuss it yet...? Hahah sorry

Well when I think about it, if given the option I usually pick a female avatar in game play. Hence why I've made several femshep's and only one male which I never played past the romance with ash. Also in DA:O no male has past the origin story's.

At any rate the biggest reason I like Joker is the personality similarities I share with him and I never thought a woman's butt in armor could look any better than femshep's in N7. LOL

I don't think it's any more abnormal than girls who play as men. Although, a lot of the time we're not given a choice. O_O I usually play as male characters though. But in Mass Effect, I mostly play FemSheps. I don't really like MSheps voice. :/

Maybe its because the girls look cooler when kicking butt and taking names?
