I think he would play the Kazoo... just because i would find it amusing. If he gets the 'idle' chatter or whatever you call his talking to himself, he should randomly pull out an instrument. Ooo i like that idea! He should just pull out random things and start playing with them. Like his pen-.... collection.

You know that image people randomly pull out sometimes, its got Carth Ali and Kaidan topless? They should replace Carth with Joker xD

Edit: Oh that would be so funny if every so many times you talk to him he would turn around and he'd have something like bongo drums or some random small item in his lap. Then say something like "just in time you want a play my bongo while I dig out my maracas".

Might I suggest a group instead of another thread? Mods tend to shut down multiple threads. You could gather all the pics into a BSN group instead, and that wouldn't get locked for being a duplicate. Otherwise, I guess you could ask that this thread be locked down in favor of the new one, presumably with an active poster controlling the first post'?

A long time ago now when I was writing weekly letters to people, I sent Seth Green a bunch of information about the (only at the time) Joker group, and the growing demand for Joker to be a LI, but like all other ME3 related requests, it was ignored thus far.



I still have all the contact info (think it is posted in group, too) for anyone else who wants it.

All the artists at that place are very good, but the guy who did mine is exceptional. That only took an hour, believe it or not (actually, you'd probably have a better idea than me)...I love how he did the shading.



@ Sar - I think they're probably not supposed to talk all that much about the stuff we fans hype over, lol. That's awesome you wrote to them for so long, though! True dedication.

I know that Steve Valentine talks about his DA work, but only in the most vague of terms. He confirmed for us that he had recorded lines for DA2 and not as many as in DAO, but otherwise no real info. I suspect that that's probably all we'd get from almost any voice actor, and I think it's safe to say that Joker will be in ME3. :-D



Now, he just needs to be romanceable! Did anyone else want to cry when Mordin said he might have cured Joker's condition, but that it would cause liver disease? We'll clone him a new liver! Where's Dr. Heart??

Haha, Sorrel. You know, I was checking out the Garrus thread the other day, and they were in a very similar position we're in now. It was interesting to see the conversations develop as Thane and Jacob were revealed, they were pretty convinced they weren't going to get the Garrus...but they were still positive, and they did! The one moment that never leaves my mind is the moment in the intro to Mass Effect 2. 5:25 on this video.



Joker's voice. Anxious, panicked. "Commander..." He struggles in his seat, wanting to help but helpless to. "Shepard!"



Watching someone die, knowing that SAVING YOUR LIFE is the reason they are dying right in front of you... that is the kind of thing that the worst nightmares ever are made of. Even if that person was a stranger, it would have a tremendous emotional impact for years.



We never saw Joker go through this. By the time you see him, he's known you're alive and that you're both getting a great big new ship. It's acceptable if he was bottling up the emotions he felt, I mean, it wasn't exactly something that happened two weeks ago... but that doesn't go away. That kind of emotion doesn't go away.



If they don't deal with how Joker felt watching you die at some point... that would be such an incredibly weak copout.



But I want to believe--that it was planned, to show in Mass Effect 3 how much it meant to him that Shepard died for him, and that Joker and Shepard will have their moments whether romantic or not. Because you show me a truer friendship in the ENTIRETY of the series. You can't do it. You can't. Because there is no one else in the series that Shepard ever died for, personally died for. I know it's because of the kind of person and captain that Shepard is, but it still happened.



There's no one else that Shepard can trust as much as Joker, and there's no one Joker can trust as much as Shepard. She is the reason he exists still, and his was the last face she saw in her final moments of life. That should, and must, be addressed in order for Mass Effect 3 to live up to my expectations for the final chapter of an epic trilogy that I have come to love.



And as much as I want a relationship between Joker and Shepard, this desire has nothing to do with romance at all. It is simply doing justice to two great characters and the deep personal connection between captain and pilot--the kind of loyal, deeply personal, intimate and epic friendship that has spanned the course of three epic stories.



And how many straight guys have said that they wished their best friend was a girl so they could date him? Shepard IS that awesome girl best friend for Joker. She's a dream come true.
