LOL I love that video... Tooney, adding a url to text shouldn't be too hard...use the standard editing form, highlight the word you want hyperlinked, then click the "hyperlink" button that looks like an infinity sign (two chainlinks put together). Then you just paste the desired link into the box that pops up, click ok, and voila, it should be done. Does that make thing any easier for you?

Thank you. I'm glad everyone likes it and I finally figured out how to use the code. Thank you Sorrel. I figured it out with your version. lol. I appreciate it. No offense to everyone else, but I speak code a little better. lol. =D I'm a manuel typer. I think it comes with being a writer. I'm also pleased everyone enjoys the joker tribute video. Ok so we had two of you write up a what we want list, so ive compiled them together:
What we want of our favourite pilot in our last Shepard escapade…
An expanded role, and heres why:

Funny dialogue is always win
He’s been by Shepards side through it all
He can’t be killed off. That level of resilience should be rewarded.
Shepard died to save him, a better/closer relationship should be borne from that.
He’s a new improved Joker, we want to see what he’s capable of.
He charged a Reaper with a frigate, and then flew a cruiser through an impossible minefield. Give the man a medal. Or three. And cause to earn some more. Epic space something in 3? Fun to watch.
EDI + Joker + Normandy = Shepards’ unstoppable team
A Romance!

You cannot deny the camaraderie between the two.
They’ve been through it all together
An LI who can make you laugh? Golden.
Shepard and Joker are both, arguably, the best in the galaxy at what they do.
Longest build up (3 whole games!) = potential for a very deep, satisfying relationship.
OI exists. People who have brittle bones get married, have children, and in all other ways are productive adults, and legitimate members of society. Show that in a game. Step up.
cocky pilots = sexy. Just saying. I don't think I even need to make a list for you. TV Tropes probably did it for me anyways.
We can't be the only ones who like the pretty Green Eyes? Or Seth Green's VA? Give him more to do!
What we would also like:

Joker and Shepard to touch on Shepards demise, and how he feels about his part to play in that. And a chance to express Shepards feelings, with several choices to sum up how we each saw/feel about it.
More dialogue and not only with EDI but banter with Shepard and the crew/squad members/shuttle pilot and his thoughts about every mission and team member
More information on Joker. That includes more of his background, more of what happened to him while Shepard was dead i.e. grieving, Cerberus approaching him, being grounded, leaving the alliance. How he felt to find out Shepard was coming back.
And a happy end to Jokers time with Shepard.

Anything to add? Cut out? Better articulate? Or we good to go? Length may be an issue lol, format and grammer will of course be updated.

I think it's great to see everyone's stuff. Unfortunetly, I can't seem to get my art right :c

Too busy with school and other comics I'm working on, but when I'm finished with the one I'm working on I think I might try to do a Shoker comic. I've one idea so far that seems to be stuck in my head and I would like you guys to tell me what you think c:



The comic focuses on Joker and his thoughts about the relationship with Shepard. He's scared that she'll start treating him differently because he's a cripple. In past relationships his partner has always changed in to a "Nurse", a "Florence Nightengale" that always looks after him as if he can't do certain things on his own.

I'm thinking about using the title "Nightengale" or something :x

@ Star - So long as you dont actually use the word 'cripple' lol. It could be interesting... maybe you could just have Joker be a lil extra sensitive to things like that? Or deliberately bring it up to Shep just to sort off.. let her know its not what he wants. Oh im rambling, hopefully you'll get better feedback lol

Sorry xD What I meant was that his partners treat him in a way that it makes him feel like he's being taken care of like his partner is a nurse instead of being in a girlfriend/boyfriend relationship and that makes him feel a bit uneasy. And now he's afraid that Shepard will turn in to a "Florence Nightengale" as well c:

Hmm... i see what you mean, but i think thats all touched on really. If you can articulate them into something more detailed then feel free  or wait til we get feedback from the others

I think we first need to separate all these awesome points into "The case for a Joker LI," "The case for more interaction and dialogue" and "Things we would like to see expanded on" like so:

The case for a Joker LI:

- Joker has always been at Shepard's side: he came back to Shepard in ME2 without him/her having to go find him first.
- They've been through hell and back together. Twice. That has to count for something.
- Shepard died to save Joker, and that should make a closer relationship a real possibility.
- There is undeniable camaraderie between Shepard and Joker, expand on it!
- He's funny and can make you laugh. What better quality is there in a LI?
- They have common ground: they're both the best in the galaxy at what they do
- There has been a lot of build-up in the Shepard/Joker friendship. Logically, this gives the pair the potential for a deep, satisfying relationship.
- OI is a real condition suffered by real people. They get married, have children, and become productive members of society. This should not be an excuse to limit Joker's role as a LI or in general.
- We can't be the only ones who love his pretty green eyes!
- cocky pilots are sexy. This is a fact. We want it.

The case for more interaction and dialogue:

- Seth Green's VA is amazing. Give him more to do!
- Joker is funny. More funny dialogue is always good.
- He can't be killed off. There should be some reward for his resilience!
- He's new and improved, let's see what he's capable of now that he can walk!
- He flew a frigate against a Reaper and through a minefield, he deserves a medal and more opportunities. More epic space battles, please!
- He and EDI are Shepard's unstoppable team, more banter is needed! A lot more with Shepard is desired.

Things we would like to see expanded on: (<---- Not sure I like the grammar on that...)

- Besides the obvious aforementioned topics of a romance and more interaction, we also want more interaction between Joker and the crew.
- We want to see more information about Joker and his background.
- Who is the relief pilot? Is he also the shuttle pilot?
- How did Joker react when Shepard died? We want to see that in more detail.
- What happened to Joker after Shepard died? Where did he go? What did he do? How did he end up with Cerberus? Why was he grounded with the Alliance?
- How did Joker feel when he found out about the Lazarus Project?

I tried to include everything, and it's all paraphrased...I hate typing word-for-word and mish-mashing things together with Copy/Paste. I think I might have added a few things, but most of it was already in Namira's post. I also tried to combine similar ideas together. Hopefully this gives it some organization; anyone who has a better idea on how to organize it is welcome to comment.

...my favorite thread on the Bioware social network. Been lurking here a while, but I would also love a Joker romance. (He's just too cool). Yeah agree with those lists, especially the part about him expressing hardly any emotion about his friend dying. Whaaa?



Also, I'd love to see a scene where Shepard comes across him asleep in his chair and puts a blanket over him or something. Just thinking aloud...BIOWARE...

First off I like the bullet points and maybe some things could be in bold format. I can't really change much that the two of you wrote but I copied the end of skys post and did some slight editing.

I think what I was trying to get at was that since he's been through a lot, not only does he deserve medals and praise and such, but also the chance to be intimate with someone, a chance to fill some empty void. (That'll teach me to write stuff at midnight) Anyways, that list covers everything, much thanks to everyone *applauds*

Nyltia, you don't suck, I have been known to work on my fanfics past midnight, and it's not pretty. Lol. I am quite the random rambler myself, actually.



@ Trapper - Bringing up Dr. Chakwas is a good point. The two seem to have some kind of history past the doctor/patient thing. She tells us that he needs her, and that's part of why she joined Cerberus. It would be nice if they expanded on that. I also agree that formatting needs to be worked on a bit more with bold, italics and such.

Does anyone happend to know who the lead writer of the Joker commentary is or who the lead on the team is who helped put Joker's character together. I would actually like to see if we can send that person in particular a let and let them know this small sub group loves joker a lot and would just be happy with some of the acknowledgements towards our favorite pilot.
