Does the order show in your store account?

I had a similar issue and it sounds like their is some werid thing that occures with a paypal order that generates a second account.

I mailed support on it because all I got was a paypal message saying I spent X dollars and had no indication from BW that I had ordered anything. In short the peron that replied merged the accounts so I started getting my status emails.

The same thing happened to me. I can't login to mine either. >_<

Maybe try both the phone and email but I'm not sure if they reply to the email. Sometimes they're only one way.

I REFUSE to beleive that Joker is THAT fit. He sits in a chair all day! (That said, you're getting better at image manips, Nami!)
