Yeah. Wouldn't it have been awesome if he'd gotten to do something really heroic, like help the ship's AI save the Normandy from Collectors while the rest of the crew was kidnapped? He'd have to avoid attacks and crawl through air ducts and stuff. And maybe the player could have even controlled him! That would have been awesome. Oh, and maybe he could have helped out at the end, and, like, shot some Collectors from the airlock! Man, he'd have been such a badass then.

Such a shame, really.

Because I kinda stopped caring about trying to prove my point to you. Your not the only person that's affected by that. My female Shepard was incredibly lonely and isolated on that ship y'know, no one to talk to. I romanced no one and people only like you in ME2 if you want to get into their pants. 'Cept Joker.

...I call BS on this one. If this were true we wouldn't just be hearing about it now. That implies both a Jokermance AND a gay male option, the latter of which was rather strongly shot down by everyone involved in the project. Do you have links to video or something? Screen caps with subtitles?

Also BioWare is likely going to add one more romance per sex, minimum, next game, as there will be new crew members and I think they all subscribe to the Kelly Chambers philosophy of getting to know people: best way is through intimacy/passion/romance. It's a BioWare series. There will be alignments. There will be a variety of dialogue options. There will be magic or something resembling it. And there will be romances. Lots of them. Love it or leave it.

But I changed my stance from being anti-joker romance to being pro-joker romance.  Now we are back to no joker romance......Uggghhhh.....

We still love the Jokermance. We just don't like arguing in circles with people whose sole purpose in a thread seems to be convincing us that we're wrong.

It seems like every second page there is another one saying the exact same thing, so I think i'm going to start ignoring them starting from..........................now.

Anyway, you can tell there is already an emotional connection between them in the second one, the way Joker called out Shepard's name whe he/she is knocked away really got to me, he was genuinely upset.

And then in the end, if you die and he's holding onto your arm, you can tell with his words and see on his face that he really wants you around, and for me playing femshep it just seemed to be more emotional, even expanding on that a little would be awesome.

So why is a romance not possible? the way he acts its not awkward at all, he and Shepard have made a real connection and if anything he should have got a romance over the Garrus/Tali fans.

LOL, stop being facetious. You unintentionally made my point. He limped/shuffled through that entire incident, whereas someone with an actual bone structure would've sprinted like a madman.
