This trial will be a total crap show trial, and I think everyone will know it. But I do think Udina will try to belittle Shepard if he/she didn't pick him to be on the Council. Admiral Hackett and Anderson will know that they're just trying to appease the batarians.

Then Joker stands up and starts cussing out the b*****d because he can. Lol.

Sure, but then in conversations with Udina I would pick the renegade option just to be EXTRA SPECIAL SHINY SURE I didn't get into a romance with him.
